Teko’s history of developing ski socks for competitive athletes clearly shows. The most noticeable feature is the light compression you feel around your calf ensuring you won’t get any bunching and rubbing. The different levels of cushioning in the merino wool make for a seamless patchwork of comfort, particularly the Achilles, heel, shin and top of the foot. This means that there was no excessive pressure in my ski boots. Additionally, the reinforcement at the key pressure points of the toes and heel should ensure durability. They may not make you into a Freeride professional overnight, but Teko have done as much as possible to make you feel like one.
VERDICT: Exceptional comfort and fit.
BEST FOR: Mountain freeride or any skiing where comfort is key.
