Ukraine’s Armed Forces Chief Admits Attacks in Russia


















In an interview published this Saturday, Ukrainian Armed Forces Chief of Staff Valery Zalushny acknowledged that the attacks took place on Russian soil.

“It is not our problem, we decide how to kill the enemy. Killing in their territory is possible and necessary when we engage in war,” said Army Chief T. The Washington Post.

Zalushny also said that all the weapons used in these military operations on Russian soil were not supplied by Ukraine and its allies, as it was sent with the condition that it would not be used to attack Russian territory.

“If our partners are worried that we are using their weapons, I tell you that we are using our own weapons (…) Why should we ask anyone for permission to save my people through operations in enemy territory”, reinforced the Ukrainian.
