Six people have been injured in a shooting near a concert hall in Eugene, Oregon.
The incident happened during a concert on Friday night at 9:30 pm (local time, 5:30 am Saturday in Portugal). Rappers Lil Bean e J Bang At WOW Hall, a community center where concerts are held. One of the victims was in critical condition and later told reporters that he had undergone surgery, local police chief Chris Skinner was quoted as saying by CNN. No information was provided on the health of the other victims.
Authorities are investigating the shooting but no arrests have been made so far. Chris Skinner was also asked to share videos and other recordings made by witnesses with police. The police chief added that the only suspects so far had fallen on a man who could be seen running with his head covered after the shooting.
The shooting took place in the parking lot behind the building, according to concert hall officials. “We do not yet know exactly what happened, but we heard gunshots in the back car park,” the statement from the newspaper said. Site Do WOW Hall.
Deb Maher and Jaci Guerena, who signed the note, said they only knew “some people were injured” and did not know the motives for the crime. They further say that both the concert hall staff and the volunteers who work there perform well.
