We told you not to get your hopes up in the 25th Anniversary Flow of Parsona

Update: We hate to say it, but We told you so. The flow for Persona’s 25th Anniversary was short, and if you’re hoping for actual character game news, it’s not too sweet. The six-and-a-half-minute broadcast revealed some merchandise along with the news that Persona’s upcoming concert will be broadcast worldwide – although you’ll need to purchase tickets to watch it. We’ve included the video above if you want the details.

The moral of this story? Never expect anything – especially when it comes to Atlus.

(Although, to be fair, some merchandise he is Very pleasant…)

Original story: Persona 4 Golden Finally ported to PS4 or PS5?! New game Persona Arena with Persona 5 Personalities?! Persona 6?! no. number. Don’t even think about it. Seriously, take all your hopes for this upcoming stream of Persona’s 25th anniversary and put it in the trash – because they won’t come true.

Well, with that out of the way, let’s dive into the facts. Later in the day, starting at 12pm PST – which is 8pm here in the UK – Atlus is hosting a livestream for Persona’s 25th anniversary (you can Watch it on YouTube). This specific broadcast is aimed at Western Persona fans, which is rare, but again, we won’t get into it expecting any significant news about the game.

The broadcast will highlight “global merchandise and events” – no mention of ads, games, or anything that has the potential to make headlines on this site. We certainly don’t know what the “events” are – maybe, if we’re incredibly lucky, there’s going to be a big show or something later – but it likely has to do with Persona’s upcoming concerts.

However, we’ll watch this broadcast (it’s our job!), and we’ll be sure to report anything that actually relates to PlayStation games. But we bet it’ll be a quiet night.
