Report: Jorge Masvidal, Kevin Holland involved in another brawl at UFC 287

UFC President Dana White may have locked out Jorge Masvidal and Kevin Holland at the UFC 287 press conference, but that didn’t stop the two from another skirmish, according to a new report.

TMZ On Friday, he posted a video showing Masvidal being tied up by unknown individuals. Holland’s manager, Oren Hudak, told the site that his fighter was the target of a “Gamebred” after weigh-in at UFC 287 — just like an earlier altercation that made headlines.

White shut down questions from reporters about the initial incident after Masvidal angrily dismissed Holland with an expletive. Holland told the one-time UFC title challenger to watch his mouth, but that was the end of the verbal sparring.

Masvidal is set to take on Gilbert Burns in the pay-per-view co-main event on Saturday, while Holland takes on Santiago Ponzenepo. But the two generated far more friction with each other in Fight Week than their opponents did.

Hodak told TMZ Holland said to Masvidal, “Sup, baby girl” — the same thing he said before their first altercation — and that started their second altercation. The report also said that someone shouted at Masvidal, “You clown.” UFC security reportedly kept the pair apart when they initially clashed on Fight Week.

Masvidal will be hoping for a three-fight winning streak after two losses to former champion Kamaru Usman and a decision loss to rival Colby Covington. Holland had lost his previous two fights, and most recently suffered a TKO loss to Stephen Thompson after sustaining a serious injury mid-fight.
