Billie Eilish says she used a lookalike in a decoy during her 2022 Coachella performance

During a recent interview on “The Matt Wilkinson ShowEilish revealed that she used “body double” for a brief period while performing at the annual Music and Arts Festival.

“Beginning with Coachella, I had a double body, one of the dancers on the show,” Eilish shared. “I wore her for the show look that I’d been wearing before. We got a black wig, put buns in it, gave her a mask and sunglasses, and she put on my shoes and socks.”

“I put it in the back of the stage and stood there while the lights were on and everyone thought it was me,” she said. “And no one knew it wasn’t me, literally no one knew. And while she was there, I only wore a big black coat, a traffic jacket, a hoodie, and just glasses.”

The topic of the disguise came after Wilkinson asked the artist if she camouflaged herself when she didn’t sing on stage to watch other musicians perform at festivals.

“Yes, but I was a different person then and it didn’t work out! I did it, sometimes in different places, and it’s really nice when you’re able to do that,” replied Eilish.
