This 32 litre pack has lots of useful features which you would expect from a rucksack but with some little twists in the design. There are lots of useful pockets, great for a variety of gear. The top pocket loads from the front, rather than the back, making it easier for friends to access while it is still on your back. The side pockets have two sections allowing you to easily stow different sized bottles. There are also two pockets on the hip pads for easy access to a camera or snacks. There are no gear loops as you get on some climbing-specific bags, but the waist belt can be easily stowed by clipping it around the back of the bag giving you access to your harness gear loops. Bungee cords allow you to stow a jacket quickly on the front, while the drawstring closure under the lid also has a clip which allows a rope to be stowed securely.
► Verdict: A nice mountain pack with some useful features.
► Best for: Any trip to the mountain or crag with a bag full of gear.
