Tackle one of Scotland’s hardest walks and help fight against heart disease. You will walk between Scotland’s two largest cities – Glasgow to Edinburgh, 96km, up to 30 hours through the day and night… are you up to the test?
Whether you are a solo trekker, or your team are looking for a challenge – this one is for you! The Glasgow to Edinburgh Trek is the only one run by a charity, for a charity, so all your fundraising goes directly to the British Heart Foundation.

Walk day and night and experience stunning views, dark pathways, moonlit canals and shadowy tunnels in this unforgettable adventure.
You’ll pass numerous landmarks and sites along the route, including Kelvingrove Museum and Park, locks on the Forth and Clyde canal, the Falkirk Wheel, Linlithgow Palace before arriving in Scotland’s capital.

57km Glasgow to Linlithgow Day Trek – £40
43km Linlithgow to Edinburgh Night Trek – £40
You must be at least 16 years old to take part. Please remember that while your entry fee covers the cost of putting the event on, it’s the money you raise that powers our life saving heart research.
New for 2017 is our exclusive 500 club, for those who smash the minimum sponsorship target for an event and go on to raise over £500.
Your fundraising will make a significant difference to the BHF as we continue our fight against heart disease. The BHF currently supports 2,500 healthcare professionals working with people affected by cardiovascular disease, funding over 1,100 research projects to help us reach our ultimate goal – the end of heart disease and to the devastation it causes.
